Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a client on their search for a Recruiter / Human Resources Manager located in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to lead the recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent and is perfect for someone who is looking to get more involved in HR! This motivated individual will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for salaried roles at the field and corporate level while partnering with c-level executives on identifying industry experts, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, organizing and executing networking events and much more.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Recruiting:

• Identify, attract and recruit experienced professionals
• Source passive and active candidates through a variety of methods including networking, cold calls, referrals, social media, etc.
• Interview candidates and schedule potential meetings with hiring managers
• Collect feedback from mangers and new hires for process improvements
• Maintain tracking databases to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques
• Support other recruiting projects and initiatives

Human Resources:

• Develop and administer HR plans and procedures
• Assistant management in creating staff performance plans
• Maintain and revise the company's handbook on policies and procedures
• Oversee the company's benefits program

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years recruitment experience
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
