Midtown Manhattan law firm seeking to hire a professional Receptionist / Administrative Legal Assistant
This is a direct-hire, salaried position up to 60K DOE. Firm also offers very competitive benefits and PTO package.
Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a mid to large law firm as a Receptionist / Administrative Legal Assistant.
Position will sit at front desk reception area. Duties to include: schedule conference rooms, answer calls, greet visitors, handle courier deliveries, make copies and scan documents, schedule meetings, and handle administrative tasks for legal secretaries and paralegals.
Ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience plus excellent MS Word, Outlook and Excel skills. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and an upbeat, professional presentation.
