Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
Exciting new position at a top law firm in the Times Square area
Duties:
- Work closely with team of attorneys and paralegals focused on complex commercial real estate transactions
- Prepare closing binders for complex commercial real estate transactions
- Manage the execution of loan documents
- Responsible for closing checklists; Review title & survey reports
- Assist with review, drafting and editing of various real estate transactional documents
- Draft and arrange for the filing of UCC financing statements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal
- Excellent technical skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
