Support busy law firm's cooperative and condominium practice
assisting with all aspects of co-op and condo purchase agreements, and closings for sponsor sales.
preparing closing statements.
reviewing title documents.
preparing amendments to co-op and condo offering plans.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years cooperative and condominium experience is required.
The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are required. Some general real estate experience is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required; paralegal certificate is a plus.
Technological Skills: Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
The hours are 9:30AM - 5:30PM with flexibility for overtime.
