Real Estate Finance Paralegal (Closed)

We are working on a CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH for one of our top law firm clients in NYC that is looking for a mid-level Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join their team. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate finance paralegal at a mid-sized to large law firm. This is a great opportunity to join this growing team!

Responsibilities:
-Experience with corporate transactions, UCC searches and filings, ---EINs, corporate, LLC & partnership filings
-Experience with title searches and review of title documents
-Experience conducting due diligence, tracking deliverables and preparation of closing binders
-Someone that can work in a fast-paced environment
-Detail oriented and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
-IManage experience is a strongly preferred

Requirements:
-BA degree, or paralegal certificate with a minimum of 5 years of law firm experience as a real estate finance paralegal
-Experience with corporate transactions, UCC searches and filings, ---EINs, corporate, LLC & partnership filings
-Experience with title searches and review of title documents
-Experience conducting due diligence, tracking deliverables and preparation of closing binders
-IManage experience is strongly preferred

Salary up to $85k, DOE
