Our client, a mid-sized Chicago firm with a solid client base and a good "work-life balance" culture, is looking to add a mid-level to senior real estate associate. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of real estate experience and be able to run deals. In this role, attorneys will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of RE matters including leasing, lending, acquisitions and dispositions, development work, and investment/joint venture work. Portable business is preferred but not required. This firm provides a path to partnership, support for business development, and credit for business origination.
