Real Estate Attorney - Montgomery County, MD

This junior to mid-level associate will provide counsel in a wide range of  real estate transactional matters, including leasing, transactional financing and general business counseling. Must have experience with entity formation, drafting operating and other related agreements. 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' of experience in real estate and related practice
• Extensive experience in drafting and executing real estate transactional and business documents
• Excellent communication skills
• MD bar required, additional admissions in DC and Virginia preferred
