Our client, a national firm with a strong Chicago office, is seeking to add a real estate attorney to its collegial team. Ideal candidates will have experience representing institutional investors and developers in the acquisition, sale, development, financing (as borrower) and leasing of real estate assets in all major product classes (office, retail, industrial, senior housing, multi-family, hospitality, and medical) and in a variety of markets across the country. Ideal candidates will be ready to provide first-chair support on transactions, work with clients directly, and oversee associate and paralegal support when necessary. Excellent academic credentials and strong organizational skills are a must.
