Our client, an AMLaw 100 firm with 15+ offices, is looking to hire an associate for its Affordable Housing & Real Estate Group in Chicago. Ideal candidates will have two to four years of experience working on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including experience representing buyers and sellers of commercial, retail and industrial properties and landlords and tenants. Knowledge of real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, management and debt and equity financings along with stellar academic credentials preferred.
