Staff or Senior Real Estate Accountant needed for a newly created opportunity due to growth! You will be a key part of a collaborative team and this role has a good mix of accounting, finance and special projects. Main duties will center on month end, budgeting, financial statement review and variance analysis for various funds. You will also be involved in many analytical projects, CapEx projects, various tax filings and year-end audit reports.
