The Quality Technician inspects products manufactured to validate adherence to quality procedures and standards, responding to quality problems and leading the team through root cause and corrective action activities to prevent future occurrences.
- Verify quality control standards and measurement equipment/methods are being used by operators to detect and address non-conforming parts/products
- Get gauges/measurement devices cycled through the calibration process
- Define and implement robust process controls/error proofing solutions that ensure product conforms to specification and performance standards
