Our client is a privately held leader within the packaging industry. Serving a variety of customers, they continue to grow both organically and through acquisition – expecting to double in size within the next five years. We are continuing our partnership in their search for a Quality Manager for a cornerstone site in Pennsylvania.
The Quality Manager will work with the corporate Quality team to ensure that Quality and Manufacturing processes are performed correctly with the correct tools are the correct frequency. Additionally, the Quality Manger will partner with the plant’s Continuous Improvement team to reduce waste, customer complaints and credits by participating in LEAN initiatives.
