Job Description:
Conducts various audits in support of verifying data integrity and overall operational continuous improvement efforts. Additionally, supports the development team by enforcing quality assurance standards and measures for software system as well as providing input based on feedback from the operations team to improve processes and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, gathering specific parcel, container, machine, process, equipment and sorter data to compare against reports and expected outcomes to determine discrepancies, investigating to determine cause, recommend and possibly implement solutions, and writing new or updating existing processes.
This role will also provide support to Corporate IT by conducting asset inventory audits, maintaining equipment lists, performing equipment swaps, basic trouble shooting, conducting minor repairs, shipping and receiving new equipment, and being site liaison for any IT related issues or concerns.
