Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled QNXT Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Architecture Consultant to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in QNXT modules and architecture, with a strong focus on system configuration, performance optimization, and scalable solution design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QNXT implementations and a solid understanding of batch processing, system enhancements, and modern data messaging platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a QNXT SME, providing architectural guidance and technical leadership across multiple modules including:
- Claims Workflow
- Core Administration
- Utilization Management (UM)
- Appeals & Grievances
- Analyze and map business processes, translating them into effective system configurations or enhancement requirements.
- Lead and support QNXT system implementations, upgrades, patch management, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Optimize QNXT batch processing, including performance analysis and identification of bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Design, test, and validate scalable solutions to support increasing data volumes and evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QNXT with modern platforms such as Azure Data Services and Kafka messaging systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a QNXT SME or Architecture Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of QNXT modules and batch processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance tuning.
- Experience with system implementation lifecycle including upgrades and patching.
- Familiarity with Azure data services and Kafka is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
