We have partnered with a Leading FS client of ours for a Quality Engineer.
This role is Hybrid- 2 days a week in the south of the country
Contract: initial 6 months (highly likely to extend
Day rate: €350-380
Responsibilities
Testing the design and development of web applications
Responsible for collaborating and communicating with their squad
Troubleshoot, debug, and Regression Test existing systems
Document and maintain Testing functionality
Contribute to maintaining and updating the automation framework
Support the testing of front-end web applications and API solutions, that are high quality, fully performing and comply with all standards and best practices in support of our business and client outcomes and objectives.
Work independently and apply advanced test engineering skills, tools, practices, and techniques to all deliverables.
You will have a good knowledge of Testing Best Practices.
Strong automation background with the ability to design and execute optimal test strategies that leverage our automation capabilities to maximum effect.
Automate and maintain highly effective test cases.
Leverage automation to help supplement manual testing to optimise test cycle times and the lead time for delivery of new functionality.
Ability to focus on task at hand, follow-through on prescribed plan with ability to be flexible and think under pressure.
Highly motivated team player with a strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience
• Experience in Financial Services / Life insurance a plus
• Experience in Automation (Cypress, Tosca)
• Postman/Ready API testing experience
