We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) resource to perform hands-on testing and help advance automation, digital accessibility, and quality controls across our Corporate Websites in Wilmington, DE area

Responsibilities
This individual contributor will execute functional, regression, accessibility, and automated testing; develop and maintain automation solutions; document results; and partner with Business Analysis, Platform, Development, Content Production, Risk and Controls, and business stakeholders to support reliable, accessible, and compliant digital experiences.

  • Execute functional, regression, integration, accessibility, link, analytics, and release-readiness testing across Corporate Websites.
  • Design, build, maintain, and run automated test scripts and quality checks to improve coverage, reduce manual effort, and increase testing efficiency.
  • Identify practical opportunities to automate repeatable QA/QC activities and support implementation of approved automation and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Perform accessibility scans and manual validation, document findings, and support remediation in alignment with firm standards and WCAG requirements.
  • Create test plans, test cases, test data, and testing evidence based on business requirements, technical changes, and risk considerations.
  • Log, triage, track, and retest defects; coordinate with cross-functional partners to support timely resolution and confirm remediation.
  • Embed quality practices throughout the delivery lifecycle by participating in requirement reviews, refinement, testing, release validation, and post-release monitoring.
  • Maintain QA/QC procedures, testing documentation, control evidence, and audit-ready records.
  • Monitor automated testing and quality tools, investigate failures, and recommend improvements to scripts, workflows, and testing processes.
  • Prepare quality metrics and reporting on test execution, defect trends, automation coverage, accessibility findings, and operational risks.
  • Collaborate with employees, contractors, technology teams, and external providers supporting testing, accessibility, remediation, and automated quality solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing technical knowledge, documenting reusable practices, and supporting adoption of consistent QA/QC standards.

Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience executing testing across the software development lifecycle, including test planning, test case development, defect management, and release validation.
  • Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and executing automated tests for web or digital platforms.
  • Working knowledge of web technologies, application testing, quality engineering practices, and continuous improvement methods.
  • Experience interpreting business and technical requirements and translating them into risk-based testing scenarios.
  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience producing quality metrics, test results, and clear documentation for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Understanding of risk, controls, testing evidence, documentation, and compliance expectations in a controlled environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage assigned work independently and escalate risks appropriately.
  • Experience testing large-scale websites or digital platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility standards, including WCAG, accessibility testing techniques, and remediation practices.
  • Experience using accessibility scanning tools, link validation tools, analytics validation tools, or similar digital quality platforms.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks, scripting, API testing, or continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
  • Experience applying AI-enabled capabilities or other emerging technologies to improve testing efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Experience supporting quality assurance in a regulated or highly controlled environment.
  • Relevant certifications in Quality Engineering, Agile, Accessibility, Cloud, or related technology disciplines.
  • Demonstrated contributions to measurable improvements in testing coverage, automation, accessibility, defect prevention, or operational efficiency.

Education & Work Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA/QC, Test Automation, software testing, or a related technology field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
