Pros Implementation Program Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Implementation Program Manager to run Implementation efforts of Pro’s technology suite at our client. Client currently uses Pros for pricing strategies at their European sites and is wanting to move the technology to the US.
Pros software suite will allow client to manage and create dynamic pricing strategies to increase revenue.
The client is at the beginning stages of this effort. We are looking for someone that can take this effort from infancy to conception. Must be able to hit the ground running with little direction.
This role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, client relationship management, and technical acumen to ensure seamless execution of Pros software deployment projects.
Ideal candidate resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma. If outside of Tulsa, you must be willing to travel to Tulsa frequently.
1. Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Pros software solutions, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and manage project risks and issues.
2. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client throughout the implementation process. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understand their business needs, and proactively address concerns to ensure client satisfaction. C-Suite presence is a must.
3. Solution Design and Configuration: Work closely with client to understand their unique requirements and translate them into effective Pros software configurations. Collaborate with internal technical teams to customize and configure Pros solutions to meet client needs.
4. Training and Change Management: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for client users to ensure successful adoption of Pros software. Provide guidance and support to clients during the change management process, helping them navigate organizational transitions and maximize the value of Pros solutions.
5. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process. Collect feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs. Generate regular reports on project progress, key metrics, and client satisfaction levels for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in software implementation or technology consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of pricing and revenue management concepts is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
