Lucas Group is partnering with a well-established real estate company in the Denver Tech Center to identify a Staff Accountant. This is a great time to join a growing organization with a multi-billion dollar portfolio. Experience with property accounting is ideal, but we will consider candidates with 0-3 years of accounting experience. This is a contract to hire opportunity, beginning as soon as possible.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of GL accounting experience (must have at least an internship)
- Real estate experience not required, but ideal
- Yardi software experience ideal

- Financial statement preparation
- Journal entries
- Bank reconciliations
- Month-end close
- Accruals
- Expense reimbursements
