We have partnered with our client in their search for a Modern Operations Compliance Initiatives Manager


  • Performs detailed analyses to detect patterns, trends, anomalies and schemes in transactions and relationships across multiple businesses/products
  • Evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes and internal controls
  • Develop and implement testing strategies and methodologies
  • Reviews and analyzes findings to determine level of risk
  • Drafts corrective action plans and assists in managing change to prevent/mitigate risk
  • Acts as a liaison with multiple functional groups and departments to ensure remediation align with compliance and security requirements
  • Manage multiple medium and large compliance projects simultaneously, communicating status, risks, and dependencies along the way to ensure successful completion.
  • Maintain an understanding of business operations and regulatory guidance and expectations.
  • Assist in documenting internal audit process to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Maintain and refresh processes and documentation on an as-needed basis.
  • Participate in key initiatives and projects that impact Customer Success Compliance.

Skills Required

  • 6+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 6+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 2+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both
  • Project Management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting business/technical documentation
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Skilled at managing through conflict and addressing issues directly
  • Ability to interact and influence stakeholders at all levels of organization
  • Ability to evaluate data inputs and build and drive testing roadmaps
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
