Title: Project Manager/Change Management Consultant
Location: Remote

Compensation: $70 - $80/hr.
We have partnered with our client in their search for a Project Manager/Change Management Consultant that will support the clients management consulting practice across client transformation engagements, helping move strategies into clear plans, execution rhythms, and adopted change. This role will partner with the Managing Director, engagement teams, client executives, functional leaders, and cross-functional project teams. Success will be measured by on-time milestone delivery, clear stakeholder alignment, strong adoption of change initiatives, and the ability to create measurable business impact across multiple client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Manage client-facing transformation workstreams from planning through execution and adoption
- Build integrated project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, status reports, and governance materials
- Coordinate with client executives, functional leaders, engagement teams, and cross-functional project teams
- Translate strategy, operating model, and transformation recommendations into actionable implementation roadmaps
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and governance forums with clear agendas and follow-ups
- Develop change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communications plans, training inputs, and adoption tracking materials
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items to maintain delivery momentum
- Support the Managing Director by synthesizing engagement progress, surfacing blockers, and preparing executive-ready updates
Skills Required
- Strong project management discipline across scope, timeline, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder follow-up
- Change management experience across stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, and adoption planning
- Ability to manage multiple client deliverables and workstreams in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Executive-ready written and verbal communication skills, including concise status updates and decision-oriented materials
- Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, working sessions, and project governance meetings
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or SharePoint
- Experience with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with transformation management office (TMO) or project management office (PMO) operating rhythms
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear plans, risks, decisions, and next steps
- Exposure to operating model design, strategy activation, shared services, process improvement, or business transformation
Education & Work Experience
- Relevant degree and/or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, change management, management consulting, or business transformation
- Experience supporting client-facing engagements within professional services, consulting, or corporate transformation environments
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Prosci, or change management certification preferred, not required
