Project Manager, Data & Analytics Solutions
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of data and analytics projects that support strategic business initiatives. This role plays a pivotal part in aligning cross-functional teams—including Business, IT, and Analytics—ensuring cohesive execution, transparency, and measurable impact. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator, communicator, and problem-solver, experienced in managing complex projects from inception through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution
Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics and business intelligence initiatives across the enterprise.
Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent alignment on goals, risks, and priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to gather and document requirements.
Define project scope, success metrics, and timelines in collaboration with key partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, facilitating ongoing communication and decision-making.
Project Management & Delivery Excellence
Oversee multiple data-focused projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget expectations.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Identify, escalate, and resolve risks or roadblocks proactively.
Strategic Communication
Lead effective working sessions, status meetings, and stakeholder presentations.
Maintain transparent communication across project teams, leadership, and partners.
Represent the Data & Analytics team’s vision, priorities, and progress in internal forums.
Resource & Budget Management
Assist with resource planning to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasting needs and adjusting plans as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus
5+ years of experience managing data-driven and analytics projects
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
Strong understanding of data management, governance, and analytics best practices
Proficiency with analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and/or Python
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence at all levels
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high impact
