Project Manager - Digital Transformation
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives for our financial services client in Dublin.
Hybrid- 2-3 days onsite Dublin city centre
Day Rate Contract- Initially 6 months
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex change programmes, working across business and technology functions, and driving successful outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Experience
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation programmes within Financial Services.
- Strong end-to-end project management experience, from initiation through to implementation and business adoption.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, operations and technology.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and technology stakeholders.
- Experience liaising closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into deliverable solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience delivering customer-facing digital initiatives, platform enhancements, process transformation and operational change programmes.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong governance, planning, risk and dependency management experience.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within wealth management, private banking, asset management or investment services would be beneficial.
- Experience supporting business readiness, change management and user adoption activities.
- Relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certifications.
