Contract: 12 months
Start: ASAP / immediate
Location: EU
Working model: Hybrid (2 days onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a senior team with our Life Science client, helping to bring structure, pace, and clarity to multiple initiatives over the next 12 months.
This is a delivery-first, hands-on role (PMO support / execution PM),not a programme lead position. You'll work closely with a very senior stakeholder group in a commercially oriented environment, translating discussion into decisions, actions, owners, and timelines, and keeping delivery moving.
Support execution of 2-3 key initiatives over the year
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies
Run day-to-day PMO disciplines: RAID logs, actions, decision logs, governance checkpoints
Drive meeting cadence: agendas, facilitation, outputs, follow-through and closure
Produce clear, concise status reporting and readouts for senior stakeholders
Act as a central point of organisation across matrixed teams (e.g., commercial, operations, transformation)
Remove friction and ambiguity to keep workstreams progressing
Help drive innovation through new technologies by ensuring structured delivery and adoption
MedTech or regulated industry experience (e.g., medical devices, pharma, life sciences)
Recognised PM qualification: PMP, PRINCE2 (or equivalent)
Proven experience working with Director / SLT-level stakeholders
Strong organisation, coordination, and follow-through
Confident operating with urgency and ambiguity
Experience in matrixed, global organisations, ideally on GTM initiatives or product launches
Strong workshop/brainstorm facilitation - able to turn discussion into concrete next steps and decisions
Experience building operating cadence/governance in teams that are light on structure
Exposure to technology adoption/change in regulated environments
If you're the kind of PM who can walk into a senior room, ask the right structured questions, and turn momentum into measurable execution, you'll have huge impact here.
