Project Manager (Closed)

Essential duties are:

• Managing team of business analyst
• Maintaining the project pipeline and priorities
• Assigning projects to their team
• Aligning resources with our IT managers to keep us operating at full compacity
• Removing barriers for the Analyst team to help them excel

An ideal candidate would have:

• Experience managing a projects in their entirety, not just working as an analyst on projects
• Experience with direct reports and the desire to continue having direct reports
• Experience allocating resources to projects  
• Experience Waterfall methodology and at least an understanding of Agile

• Comfortable with change and shifting priorities
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong technical skills (Excel, SQL, PM software, etc.)
