Project Engineering Delivery Manager
We are seeking a Project Engineering Delivery Manager to build and lead a client-facing project delivery function supporting engineering teams across commercial and hospitality environments. This role will establish project management standards, drive consistent delivery, and ensure high-quality execution within an MSP model.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and standardize project management practices from scoping through delivery and sign-off
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
* Maintain full lifecycle accountability so no project "goes dark"
* Establish and enforce a consistent PM framework across engineering teams
* Coach and mentor team leads and engineers while fostering accountability and collaboration
* Partner with team leads to balance workloads and allocate resources across multiple locations
* Forecast staffing needs and identify capacity gaps
* Align closely with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to match demand with capacity
* Optimize utilization while maintaining quality and client satisfaction
* Develop and refine workflows, delivery standards, and execution practices
* Drive adoption of documentation, scheduling, and reporting standards
* Align engineering processes with PSA (Autotask) and RMM (Datto) tools
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and service performance
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of leadership experience within an MSP, IT services, or similar environment
* Experience managing technical teams and distributed/multi-location teams
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud, networking, infrastructure, and endpoint management
* Experience working within MSP delivery models
* Experience with Autotask and Datto
