Lucas Group is partnered with a leading provider of Service and Equipment for the energy industry, in Sacramento to identify a Project Billing Supervisor. This is a direct-hire position, where you will be required to work Monday – Saturday on a weekly basis. The right candidate will have a background in project management and billing experience and is available to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers by updating and managing Excel database with employee and equipment information
- Generate invoice to billing, organizing and reconcile all invoices for multiple companies, ensuring accuracy and that all reconciled invoices are transferred to the Project Manager
- Reconcile discrepancy invoices for up to 7 companies
- Manage a team of up to 8 data entry employees
- Review current department policies for efficiency and efficacy, making changes as necessary
- Manage rosters and equipment list
- Record and maintain a list of all discrepancy invoices
- Act a liaison to project managers, internal stakeholders, and data entry team
- Assist with change orders, managing the tracking of change orders
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Business Administration, or Accounting/Finance
- 3+ years of years of project management and billing experience
- Time and Material (T&M) Billing experience
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Must have a thorough knowledge of contract terms and guidelines and understands budget requirements.
- Proficient in Excel
