Compensation: 12-month Contract $60-$70/hr?

We have partnered with our client in their search for a?Program Manager – Sales Enablement & Transformation.?The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives that enable sales effectiveness within our U.S. operations. This includes overseeing the implementation of new technology platforms, target operating models, and organizational processes to support sales enablement. The ideal candidate has a blend of commercial acumen, experience with CRM and sales compensation systems, and a track record of driving complex, cross-functional business change.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to define program objectives, desired outcomes, and success metrics.
  • Own the design and implementation of target operating models that strengthen and embed transformational processes.
  • Oversee a virtual, matrixed program team and provide effective planning, communication, and coordination across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps and plans, adapting delivery methodologies as needed to ensure timely execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing communication, progress updates, and any necessary adjustments.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain the pace of delivery, resolving challenges and dependencies promptly.
  • Exercise financial diligence, including budgeting and cost management, to ensure programs are delivered within allocated resources.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
  • Negotiate and navigate organizational complexities to achieve program goals.
  • Promote and uphold transformation standards, methodologies, and best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Skills Required

  • Proven track record of successfully shaping and delivering large-scale programs involving both technology and business transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing sales enablement initiatives, including CRM systems (D365 experience is a plus), onboarding processes, and sales compensation models.
  • Familiarity with planning and hosting sales events (e.g., sales kickoffs, President’s Clubs) is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of delivery methodologies, frameworks, and change management tools.
  • Experience coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and integrating technology platforms into business operations.
  • Ability to motivate and lead diverse teams across multiple functions, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all organizational levels.
  • Understanding of target operating models, design frameworks, and Business Architecture principles.
  • Track record of effectively resolving complex issues and delivering priority outcomes within tight timelines.
  • Skilled in assessing trade-offs to ensure the highest-value initiatives are prioritized and delivered.

Education?& Work?Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Prior experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives within a sales enablement or transformation context.
  • Prior experience in commercial organization, either as a former Sales Enablement Leader or someone who has helped stand-up that type of organization in the past, and/or a professional services consulting background.?
  • Proven track record of delivering results in environments that integrate technology implementation, process redesign, and organizational change management.
