Program Manager - Collaboration Tools
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager and Collaboration Consultant to drive the adoption and effective use of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint across our organization. This role will also be instrumental in implementing Agile project management methodologies to enhance team collaboration, streamline processes, and create a standardized approach to project management across the business.

Responsibilities
Collaboration Tools Implementation and Training
?

  • Develop and implement a framework for using Microsoft Teams as the primary collaboration tool for meetings, document storage, and project management.
  • Design best practices for Teams usage, including guidelines for folder creation, document management, and collaborative workflows.
  • Oversee the transition from traditional file folder structures to a SharePoint-based document repository system.
  • Train employees and teams on the effective use of Teams and SharePoint, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Agile Project Management Methodology
  • Introduce and implement a quarterly Agile project management philosophy tailored to the organization’s needs.
  • Develop a project management framework for operations, remodeling, reorganization, and other business projects.
  • Coach teams on Agile methodologies, providing tools, examples, and real-world scenarios to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish company-wide project management standards and practices.

Program Leadership and Execution
  • Act as the Program Manager for collaboration and Agile transformation initiatives, ensuring successful execution of key milestones.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and craft tailored solutions for improved collaboration and efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on project management for high-priority projects, serving as a role model for Agile practices.
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure tools and frameworks align with future organizational goals.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in driving adoption and best practices for Microsoft Teams and SharePoint in medium to large organizations.
  • Strong background in Agile project management methodologies, with experience in coaching and implementing Agile frameworks.
  • Retail industry experience
  • Exceptional ability to design and deliver training programs for collaboration tools and PM methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Change management expertise, including leading organizational shifts in technology and processes.
  • Experience transitioning document management systems from file folder structures to SharePoint repositories.
  • Familiarity with operational, remodeling, or reorganization projects in retail environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and integration strategies.
