Lucas Group has partnered with a world-class leader in the Aerospace Industry to identify a Senior Program Manager. Our client specializes in the designing, building and manufacturing of aerospace structures for the commercial, business and military aerospace industries. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to achieve successful completion of new and current projects. The Senior Program manager will interface directly with Customers and interface across all internal production facilities.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- MBA Preferred
Experience Requirements:
- Progressive career with a foundation in Engineering and Operations
- 5+ years of previous Program Management Experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned projects from proposal stage through completion ensuring compliance of all program requirements
- Ensure the preparation of claims and assertions going to customer and support negotiations
- Manage and direct all project activity so that contractual and technical requirements are met
- Participate in and ensure completion of quarterly estimate at completion process and reviews
