  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple countries and organisational levels.

  • Support strategic planning, resource prioritisation and organisational change initiatives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing operational insight and programme leadership across a rapidly evolving business environment.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering complex programmes within technology, digital or transformation environments.

  • Strong background in programme management, business operations, chief of staff, strategy execution or operational excellence roles.

  • Experience working directly with senior executives and leadership teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into practical recommendations.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all organisational levels.

  • Comfortable working in highly ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly.

  • Experience within Renewable Energy organisations or high-growth international businesses.

  • Exposure to product development, engineering or technical programme environments.

  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams across multiple countries.

  • Knowledge of operational planning, business performance management and organisational transformation.

  • Fluency in English is essential. An additional European language, particularly French or German, would be advantageous.

  • Proactive, resilient and delivery-focused.

  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Able to simplify complexity and drive measurable business outcomes.

What's on Offer

  • Initial 6-month contract with strong potential to transition into a permanent role.

  • Fully remote position based anywhere in Europe.
