Professional Services Manager (Closed)

Job Description

• Manages one or more teams on assigned product implementation projects
• Directly supervises project managers and implementation specialists
• Performs duties under general direction from the software development manager
• Communicates on technical and non-technical topics with project managers, implementers and external constituents
• Oversees construction of SOWs in alignment with Contract Administration
• Oversees implementation proposals in alignment with Sales and Marketing.
• Coordinates the day-to-day operations across the Professional Services Team
• Holds regular meetings with the various group Managers and provides periodic reports about the meetings to the software development manager

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years of Payroll/ Payroll Tax environment experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with MS Project
