Responsibilities:
- Ensuring manufacturing and assembly of the product.
- Driving operational excellence, continuous improvement in quality, productivity, safety, and cost, while leading a team of manufacturing employees.
- Ensuring the execution and adherence of safety, health and environmental policies and culture to prevent work related injuries and enable a positive, highly engaged work environment.
Education and Work Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering)
- Strong knowledge of and/or prior experience implementing lean manufacturing principles.
- Prior experience successfully leading a team in manufacturing/assembly production is ideal.
