Lucas Group is partnered with a client and we are searching for a Production Supervisor. This company specializes in manufacturing high-strength, cross-laminated high-performance plastic films used in hundreds of different applications worldwide. Their films offer unparalleled performance in demanding construction, packaging, print media and other strength and specialty film applications. The company has production facilities in Houston, Texas and Essen, Belgium and a sales office in Shanghai, China.

This position is responsible for providing supervision to all production employees within an assigned shift. General responsibilities are to succeed in achieving daily variable cost, productivity goals and production schedules while maintaining a safe work environment.
Skills/Qualifications:
- A minimum of an Associate’s Degree is required; Bachelor’s Degree with some Chemistry is preferred
- A minimum of five (5) years of Plastics Extrusion experience is needed
- Previous experience in people management and/or supervision is required
- A Chemical background would be a plus
