We are looking for a Production Planning Manager to help us get to the next level. We are an established family owned company, established over 50 years ago. We are a vertically integrated custom manufacturer with customers around the world.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Manage production planning, production execution & efficiency, sourcing, inventory management, & shipping.
- Lead a team to improve the productivity and efficiency
- Improve use of the ERP system effectiveness
- Improve on time performance, cycle time, inventory carry cost, cost reduction, business process.
- Plan and implement the overall planning strategy
- Develop key KPI’s and drive continuous improvement
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions that eliminate repeat events
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree (BS)
- APIC’s plus
- 5 years in Production Planning or Production Control experience
- LEAN
- Experience with complex manufacturing
