Lucas Group has partnered with one of the largest producers of plastic pipe and connections in the world to identify a Production Manager for their Gainesville, TX facility. The ideal candidate will have noted successes in leading a team of 10+ in an industrial manufacturing environment. Other duties & responsibilities include:
- Promote compliance with all safety policies and assure that each employee is operating in accordance with these policies
- Ensure all manufactured products conform to all company and industry standards
- Maximize production while striving to improve efficiency and quality
- Provide coaching, motivation, leadership and support to shift personnel to ensure the development of high performance teams within the production facility
- Ensure all lines are operating at their optimum rates
- Strive to minimize scrap and downtime
