Production/Materials Coordinator - combined role of (1) Production Controller, (2) Materials Coordinator, (3) Inventory Specialists, and (4) Scheduler. Responsible for the development of production plans (routings / process plans), which determine all material requirements, assess raw materials on-hand, identify materials to be purchased, assign and schedule production (workers/machines/equipment), and estimate costing and customer delivery (JIT). Manages ERP system (Industrios). Evaluates job order efficiency, production and materials effectiveness, costing, and customer deliverables / satisfaction.
The Purchasing Coordinator also cares for Shipping & Receiving in support of the Materials/Production Coordinator.
Must have ERP experience to track and record all materials and production activities from sales (J/O inception), through materials coordination, materials purchasing/receiving, production delivery, and customer shipping/delivery,
