Product Owner (CRM)
Location: Dublin (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
Contract: Initial contract with strong extension potential
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a large-scale digital transformation programme, taking ownership of a CRM platform. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams and third-party vendors to deliver new CRM capabilities and enhancements.
You'll be responsible for defining and prioritising the product backlog, translating business requirements into user stories, and ensuring the successful delivery of new features across an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for the CRM platform.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise features, epics and enhancements in line with business value and delivery objectives.
- Partner with third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery and rollout of CRM functionality.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Engineering teams and Business Analysts throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and product demonstrations.
- Make product decisions based on stakeholder feedback, customer needs and business priorities.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and provide a positive user experience.
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile delivery environment.
- Strong experience delivering CRM products or platforms.
- Experience leading CRM implementations, enhancements or module rollouts.
- Excellent backlog management skills, including writing user stories, defining epics and prioritising features.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies and iterative delivery.
- Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams, including Developers, QA Engineers and Scrum Masters.
- Ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
Desirable
- Experience working within large enterprise transformation programmes.
- Experience with enterprise CRM platforms.
- Financial services experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
