As an Experience Design Specialist Executive Director within the Infrastructure Platforms Product Team, you will be a recognized leader and expert in experience design, driving the development and implementation of innovative user experiences across multiple products, platforms and services. You will be responsible for working collaboratively across product teams, Solution Architects, and Infrastructure Platforms partners to develop innovative experiments and solutions that enhance the user experience and eliminate friction. Additionally, you will drive the adoption of these solutions across product teams to increase customer satisfaction. This horizontal role supports product domains, enabling best-in-class design practices and fostering a culture of user-centered innovation.
 
 Responsibilities include:
 
  
- Lead conceptualization and implement user experience strategies for a variety of products and services to align with business needs to foster innovation.
- Direct complex, end-to-end design projects within or across domains, crafting service flow diagrams, product features, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Solve intricate design challenges and introduce novel methods to uplift user experiences.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, championing user-centered design principles and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to infuse user experience design principles into product development
 Skills Required
- 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in user experience design, interaction design, or related fields
- Hands-on experience applying the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) framework in technical and product environments, with a track record of translating user jobs into actionable design and product strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in information architecture and visual design, with a portfolio of aesthetically appealing and functional digital products
- Proven history of developing innovative user experiences across various platforms and channels
- Expert technical knowledge, with an advanced understanding of the impact of client-side technologies, APIs, and the technology stack on user experience
- Experience with enterprise-scale design systems or governance preferred
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.? Ability to crisply articulate complex tough messages to senior audiences with poise and confidence.
