We have partnered with our client in their search for a Product Manager, Ecommerce. 

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our growing E-commerce team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and launching innovative digital products and features that enhance the online shopping experience, drive conversion, and support our overall business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver best-in-class e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key e-commerce areas (e.g., search & discovery, checkout, personalization, mobile app, customer accounts).
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Translate business goals and user needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Product Development & Execution:
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for technical questions.
  • Prioritize features and manage the product backlog effectively, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
  • Performance & Optimization:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor product performance.
  • Utilize A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive iterative product enhancements.
  • Communicate product performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a subject matter expert for your product area, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across marketing, merchandising, customer service, and IT.
  • Effectively communicate product updates, challenges, and successes to all levels of the organization. Qualifications
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus.
    • Experience:
    • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically in e-commerce or retail technology.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on digital products that have driven significant business impact.
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Aha!).
