Product Manager - D365 CRM & CCaaS

Contract | UK Hybrid/Remote

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of Dynamics 365 CRM and Contact Centre (CCaaS) platforms across multiple international markets.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering D365 CRM and CCaaS solutions
  • Strong understanding of contact centre technologies and omnichannel journeys
  • Experience delivering complex change within insurance or regulated environments
  • Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and delivery management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of CRM and CCaaS initiatives
  • Drive prioritisation, governance, risk, and dependency management
  • Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners
  • Ensure solutions align with best practice, compliance, and customer outcomes

Start: ASAP
Location: UK (Hybrid/Remote)
Contract: Day Rate Contract (Inside IR35 status to be confirmed)
