Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to take over a key role previously held by a long-tenured team member. The focus of this role is on programs. This individual will work at the intersection of customer experience, loyalty growth, marketing, strategic partnerships, and financial performance, with the goal of enhancing the product strategy.
This is a highly collaborative position that requires adaptability, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive value through evolving product practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy for credit card portfolio.
- Align product roadmap with company revenue targets and loyalty objectives, particularly program growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across marketing, partnerships, finance, and technology teams.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including ideation, prioritization, and launch of product features.
- Ensure product decisions are data-informed and support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
- Serve as a bridge between business and tech, managing agile teams in a cross-functional environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders in Revenue Management, Distribution Strategy, Sales and Alliance teams to design and align on the execution of NDC and other strategic initiatives. Facilitate requirements gathering, alignment on priorities, and the translation of business needs into actionable product requirements for all supported channels.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of distribution, corporate sales, and partnership-related technology products, guiding them through the Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver phases. Prioritize features and system enhancements to optimize presence in both traditional and next-generation distribution channels.
- Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Define and monitor performance metrics such as booking accuracy, content responsiveness, and channel efficiency. Leverage data insights to identify and implement improvements that enhance revenue performance and the partner/customer experience.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional, medium-large-scale projects with internal teams and external business partners
- Demonstrates a strong knowledge of airline distribution, revenue management and pricing technology and industry trends and background
- Basic understanding of project and product delivery
- Knowledge of budget creation and management
- Knowledge of the airline industry
- Strong understanding of loyalty programs and financial partnerships.
- Experience working in both agile and evolving product methodologies (not purely waterfall).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
