Product Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Owner/Manager with proven experience in an enterprise environment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the technology sector (with experience in marketing or professional services as a secondary preference) and be capable of handling a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment. You will be client-facing, requiring polished communication skills, and a flexible mindset to navigate quickly changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Act as the primary product owner for multiple product initiatives within the enterprise, working closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams to define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and timelines.
• Roadmap Development & Management: Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Regularly update and communicate the roadmap to internal teams and clients.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the point of contact for client-facing product discussions, presentations, and demos. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, translating their feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure timely product delivery and quality. Act as the liaison between the business, technology, and client teams.
• Prioritization & Planning: Make data-driven decisions for feature prioritization, balancing short-term needs with long-term product strategy. Adjust priorities as necessary in response to changing business conditions.
• Agile Methodology: Utilize agile practices to manage the product lifecycle from concept through delivery, ensuring products are delivered on time and within scope.
• Product Communication: Develop and deliver clear and concise product updates to both internal stakeholders and clients. Present product plans, vision, and milestones in a compelling and professional manner.
• Market Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive products, providing insights that influence product development and innovation.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an enterprise environment, preferably in the technology sector. Experience in marketing or professional services industries is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex product concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Client-Facing Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and driving product solutions.
• Agile Experience: Solid understanding and experience in agile product management methodologies.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to handle complex product issues, make quick decisions, and adjust plans based on rapidly changing circumstances.
• Personality: Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities. Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
