Product Manager– International Channel
Lucas Group has partnered with a well-established, growing and stable organization that is looking for a Product Manager with experience in an international channel to help them grow their footprint and support their sales teams abroad. Our client has been in the irrigation equipment and supply business for over 70 years and have built their reputation and success around award winning, patents, products and customer service. Position Summary
As the Product Manager for the International Channel, you will have the opportunity to work multiple international markets and use customer data to help create, develop and execute on plans to support the needs of clients and sales teams in assigned markets. The needs will include development of pricing, product strategy, promotional literature and events to help grow interest in what this company has to offer. The ideal candidate will have experience in international markets, be proactive and customer oriented as well as creative while working in a fast-paced environment. This company also loves to promote from within whenever possible
Skills/Requirements
5+ years' experience in marketing to international markets
Strong Presentation Skills as well as written and verbal skills
Bachelor's degree(MBA Preferred)
Demonstrated ability to apply analytical analysis of markets to the development of marketing strategies to drive further business
Ability to work cross departmentally and be an influencer with people/teams that are not direct reports
Self-Motivated, entrepreneurial attitude
Ability to work, pivot quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment Valid, clean driving record
Ability to speak multiple languages is a huge plus
