Principal Digital Transformation Consultant
We are seeking a seasoned digital transformation leader to advise and execute across enterprise IT strategy, M&A, and operational technology initiatives. This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on delivery, supporting clients through complex transformations and value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on IT strategy, operating models, data, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
- Lead digital transformation and carve-out programs from due diligence through post-deal execution.
- Drive IT optimizations, Day 1 readiness, TSA exits, and post-merger integrations.
- Build trusted relationships with PE operating partners and portfolio executives.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development.
- Scale consulting teams and develop reusable methodologies and assets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain at Principal/Associate Partner level or higher.
- Deep experience in private equity environments (e.g., operating partner, consultant, or PE-backed leadership).
- Strong background in IT strategy, systems integration, and digital enablement (e.g., ERP, CRM, Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity).
- Proven success in client engagement, program governance, and transformation delivery.
