PMO Analyst

Contract: 6 months
Location: Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable PMO Analyst to join a busy project environment and work closely with senior project leadership.

You will play an important role in supporting the effective running of projects, ensuring that key governance, reporting, documentation and project controls are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day PMO and project administration support to senior project leadership.
  • Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies).
  • Track project actions, decisions, milestones and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and governance materials.
  • Support regular project reporting and status updates.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking.
  • Maintain project plans, trackers and associated documentation.
  • Ensure project information is accurate, up to date and easily accessible.
  • Assist with project governance and reporting processes.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure actions and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Support the wider project team with ad hoc PMO requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and confident, while also having enough experience to operate effectively in a professional project environment.

You should have:

  • 4+ years' experience in PMO, project administration, project coordination or a similar role.
  • Experience working within structured project or programme environments.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience managing RAID logs, action trackers and project documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to get involved.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The confidence to work with senior stakeholders and project leadership.

    • 6-month initial contract
    • Hybrid working - 2 days onsite per week
