We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Food Production Plant Manager to oversee our production operations. You’ll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. In a fast paced environment you must be competent and comprehend complex operations.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Establish and direct all technical and administrative functions in plant, including production, warehousing, sanitation, maintenance, engineering, logistics, QC, and OHSA safety.
- Manage production activities within the food plant according to GMP, FDA, USDA, and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage facility and equipment to meet the requirements of CAQM, Fire Department, County Sanitation District, City Building Code, and EPA.
- Organize and lead the team of frontline supervisors to perform excellent production with teamwork.
- Supervise the material management and purchasing.
- Supervise the activities of Maintenance and Sanitation departments.
- Explore and analyze technical, production and management disciplines to develop annual budgets and long-term plans.
- Plan and manage production capacity, labor efficiency, and material yield.
- Review and report Period Production Summary
- Control factory expenses by following accounting standards of requisition and approval procedures.
- Handle production schedule and conduct period production schedule meeting.
- Enforce and monitor plant safety programs, food safety programs, and processing SOP.
