A 30+ year OEM leader in high performing, innovative filtration products seeks a Manager to oversee all personnel.
Known for their high performance fiberglass filtration with superior dust holding abilities the company is a leader in the industry. The company provides all standard grade fiberglass air filtration products as well as customer proprietary products for specific applications. They also make non – HVAC products such as oil coalescing filters, vacuum cleaner filters and many others.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be PRO-ACTIVE and oversee / manage all personnel: Sales, Production, Maintenance and Furnace.
- Develop and implement project plans to improve efficiency, capacity and savings.
- Handle communications, relations, and paperwork to ensure compliance with various regulatory agencies.
- Along with the GM and Staff Accountant develop budget and achieve financial goals.
- Ensure accurate records of production and maintenance.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
EDUCATION:
- Degree in relevant Engineering field (Chemical, Mechanical, etc.) or degree in Business field (Administration, Project Planning, MBA, etc.) is preferred
- Several years’ experience in manufacturing Upper Management is required
- 2+ years with project planning and management in the manufacturing field is preferred
