Position Characteristics:
Operational management of the production plant
Define strategic plan of the plant
Prepare a production plant budget
Define objective and monitoring plan of the different areas of the plant (Production /Quality / Maintenance / Logistics)
Plan and lead the necessary human resources to manage the production plant
Create and motivate the management team
Ensure necessary means for their work teams
Operations experience necessary: being over the operations of production, logistics, personnel, and quality
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field
7+ years or related experience
Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
