Our client is a global leader who provides solutions for a variety of industries. We are partnering with them on a newly created Plant Manager position to work out of their Southern Illinois /Saint Louis area location. Relocation is provided for the right individual.
The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. He/She will lead a focused & effective safety culture while establishing processes that increase product quality and ensures on time delivery. Additionally, the Plant Manager will develop the skills and capabilities of the plant employees, while holding them accountable for their results. Our ideal candidate is a leader of change and will challenge the status quo.
