The Plant Manager is responsible for building a cohesive manufacturing program capable of delivering competitively priced, high-quality products that meet the needs of its’ diverse customer base. He/She will meet company objectives for on-time delivery, product costs and quality standards. Our ideal candidate will have a track record of executing continuous process improvement initiatives utilizing principles of lean manufacturing, six sigma and/or process mapping.
